LDTV User Agreement

Welcome to LDTV (referred to as "the Application" or "the Platform"). This User Agreement ("the Agreement") outlines the rights and responsibilities between you ("the User") and the Platform when using LDTV services.

Before using this Application, please read and understand the terms of this Agreement thoroughly. By selecting "Accept" or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms within this Agreement.

1. Service Description

LDTV is an advanced video platform featuring user-generated content (UGC). Users can upload, view, comment, save, and share videos, as well as participate in community interactions and activities.

The application adapts its language and content recommendations based on the user's location to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance user experience.

2. Registration and Account Management

• To access our services, you must register with accurate, truthful, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.

3. User Conduct Guidelines

You agree not to engage in the following actions:

• Publishing content that is illegal, violent, sexually explicit, infringing, false, harassing, or discriminatory
• Uploading copyrighted materials without proper authorization
• Engaging in unauthorized advertising, fraudulent activities, or illegal commercial operations
• Compromising system security or performing malicious operations
• Using unauthorized automated methods such as bots or crawlers
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws or public order

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take legal action when necessary.

4. Content Rights and License

• You retain ownership of your content's copyright while granting us a worldwide, royalty-free license for platform usage.
• You warrant having full rights to any published content and accept all legal responsibility for unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the interface, software, algorithms, and trademarks of LDTV are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy

Personal data processing adheres to the LDTV Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Account information (username, email)
• Device data and user behavior
• Information obtained through social network integration

7. Payment Services and Subscriptions

• Premium services include VIP membership, ad-free experience, and exclusive content access.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are not handled directly by us.
• Subscription management is available through iOS account settings.

8. Service Interruptions and Disclaimer

• Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We assume no responsibility for resulting losses.
• User-generated content does not represent our views or imply endorsement.
• Violation of this Agreement may result in legal consequences.

9. Agreement Modifications

This Agreement is subject to updates. Significant changes will be communicated within the application. Continued use following such changes indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
